I, acknowledge that participation in physical activities, including reformer pilates, carries inherent risks. While our instructors are here to guide and support, I am personally responsible for my own well-being during classes at Coach Pilates Studio.
I understand and agree that Coach Pilates Studio, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal property that may occur during or as a result of my participation in classes. I release Coach Pilates Studio, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or loss of personal property.
I further agree that Coach Pilates Studio is not responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I am aware that classes may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge of the risk of personal injury, property loss, or death.
I along with y legal representatives, agree not to sue or make any claims against Coach Pilates Studio or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
