Lockdown: 3 Rounds | 30 Minutes

Coach Crew - we are mixing it up and todays workout is in a slightly different format.


3 x 10 MINUTE ROUNDS:

10 minute timer, repeat 10 reps of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise. repeat until the timer goes off.1-2 minutes between rounds


ROUND 1

10 x Ab Curls

10 x Pelvic Curls

10 x Scissors

repeat until 10 minutes is up


ROUND 2

10 x CLAM 3

10 x CLAM 3 - other side

10 x Squat Jump


ROUND 3

10 x Curtsey Lunge Overhead Press

10 x Front and Lateral Raise

10 x Pushups


FINISHER

Wall Sit 1 minute. or as long as you can hold on CHALLENGE YOURSELF

1 Min x Burpees - walkout burpees for low impact option
