As we are in lockdown I thought I would share some workouts with you to do at home.

If like me it maybe for a moment of sanity in between online schooling, crying and wine consumption.

Tums and Buns workout

  1. Grab your yoga mat (hand weights if you have them)

  2. Set your timer - 1 min ON > 10-20 sec REST

  3. Play some music

  4. Let's go!
