Service Description

Ready to spice up your regular reformer classes with some cardio this is the class for you. We use the jump board in class to ramp up the intensity and get the heart pumping. Adding a Jumpboard brings additional plyometric and cardio benefits to this class. We focus on good technique and body awareness. We suggest you undertake 5-10 reformer classes before coming to our jump class.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

You have 12 Hours prior to the start of the class to cancel or reschedule and avoid paying for the class of you booked. Any cancellations outside the 12 hour window are automatically taken from your pack. Cancellations are not accepted via Social Media. Cancellations must be made through app, website or text message
