Service Description

Prepare - The first 20 minutes of class focuses on strength work on the reformer. Repair - the final 25 minutes of class is spent stretching and releasing tension in the body using the reformers and props. This class is appropriate for beginners and those with injuries. If you need to work on your flexibility but have limitations in your body this class is the ideal option

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

You have 12 Hours prior to the start of the class to cancel or reschedule and avoid paying for the class of you booked. Any cancellations outside the 12 hour window are automatically taken from your pack. Cancellations are not accepted via Social Media. Cancellations must be made through app, website or text message
