Terms and Conditions.

Hello and welcome to Coach Pilates. 

By signing up to participate in our studio classes you agree to be bound by our T&Cs as detailed below.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions DO NOT participate in any Coach Pilates sessions.

You will be notified any time these Terms and Conditions are changed and will be bound by these changes.

  • In undertaking our classes you  agree that your body is your responsibility and you participate at your own risk.

  • Should you have any health concerns or injuries please receive clearance from a health care professional before participating in class. Take each class at your own pace and work within your bodies limitations

  • You are required to inform you instructor of any injuries or medical conditions that may impact you in our sessions.

  • You are required to clean your own reformer and any equipment used post class

  • Use of image - Coach Pilates often film / photograph in studio so it is possible you will appear in our images. By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to the allow the use of your image.


To maintain fairness to all our clients we have a 12 hour cancellation policy.

To cancel please contact Coach Pilates 12 hours prior to the start of class. All bookings cancelled with 12 hours notice will have the pass added back onto your account.

You can cancel via:

Passes for Classes cancelled within the 12 hour window will be forfeited. We ask that you still notify the studio if you are cancelling within 12 hours. This ensures our instructors aren't waiting for you and reduced the impact on other clients.



  • Current pricing is displayed on our website.

  • Any increase in prices will be communicated to clients via our website and email.


  • Due to limited spaces you must book your spot in class via our website or app.

  • No WALK INS allowed

  • Classes are pre-paid before attending class. Membership or class pack options are available.

  • Class Passes are subject to expiry timeframes as outlined when purchased


  • If a class is full - you have the option to nominate to go on the waitlist.

  • If you are on the waitlist and another client cancels you will be notified via email that is a space available. You will have 1 hour priority booking to nab your spot before it opens to other clients.



  • Class packs current pricing is as per website

  • Class packs are unable to be transferred between members​

  • The sale of Class packs is final we do not offer refunds.

  • Class packs have a strict expiry date. Class pack expiry dates can not be deferred. If the number of classes for which the class entitles attendance have not been used by the holder before expiry than tese classes will expire and no refund given for unused classes.


  • No lock in contracts - memberships will automatically roll over month to month

  • 30 Days notice must be given in writing to cancel membership. Email

  • Membership locked into price at date of purchase purchase. If a membership defaults or is cancelled the new membership will be restarted at the current purchase price as per website

  • Memberships may be placed on hold for four weeks every year. To request membership hold/suspension contact


  • Socks must be worn during your workout

  • Towel must be used during your workout

  • treat equipment, instructors and fellow clients with respect

  • no smoking

  • mobile phones on silent

  • Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, clients are required to wear masks upon entering and leaving the studio. Masks can be removed during your workout.

  • Our studio policies will be updated in accordance with State and Federal Government instruction.

  • All clients must sign the liability waiver before starting class


  • Class schedule is displayed on our website.

  • We reserve our right to change our opening hours, and schedule.

  • You will be notified of any permanent changes.
