Our Team.

The whole team at Coach Pilates is passionate about bringing Pilates into the community and sharing their love and knowledge with our clients. So here is a little sneak peek into who we are.

Meg Crampton.

Studio Owner & Head Coach

Meg is the owner and Head Coach of Coach Pilates. She teaches Reformer and Mat Classes - and aims to have every client leave with that Pilates glow.. Meg's secret pleasure is showing people who don't think Pilates will be enough of a workout just how much you actually work.

Reese Witherspoon, she is tiny, blonde and a Type-A powerhouse 💥

 

🤭  Random hidden superpower?

Gift Wrapping... my love language is gifts and I take that all the way to the wrapping. I love making a present that little bit EXTRA 💅

 

🧙Not so hidden superpower?

Organisational skills, I love a list and I love a label... nothing quite brings me as much joy as a trip to office works. 

 

🤸🏼 Favourite Pilates move?

I love some footwork on the bar to get those quads fired up

 

🍦  Favourite food/drink?

Champagne and pasta all day everyday!

Georgie.

Instructor: Reformer | Mat | Barre

Do you love a high energy class? Georgie is your girl. She brings the energy to every sessions and awakens muscles you never even knew you had.

🎥 If you were  in a movie, who would be the legend playing you and  Why? 

Julia Roberts, because she is outspoken, fierce, beautiful and fiery and of course them lips x💋

 Napping

Telling stories while we workout that 

a. make you laugh so much you forget what muscles are on fire

b. mean longer reps because you laughed and forgot that she forgot she was supposed to be counting

Plank to pike - stretchy and work-y all at the same time

Andrea.

Instructor: Mat Pilates

Andrea is a Mat Pilates and  Reformer Instructor 

She is passionate about fitness and as a member of the Coach Crew herself is committed to making every session  count.

🎥 If you were  in a movie, who would be the legend playing you and  Why? 

I would have to say Mila Kunis: Brunette, Ukrainian and seems like an all round fun chick

 

🤭  Random hidden superpower?

I love to entertain and can whip up a pretty good grazing platter!

🧙Not so hidden superpower?

I'm a bit of a creative person being a graphic designer for over 10 years and love a good project.

Love me some ball behind your back abs. You can really feel the pilates BURN🔥

 

🍦  Favourite food/drink?

I'm a massive foodie so it is hard to choose! Top 5 would be an epic Thai Curry, Pizza, Beautiful fresh bread and butter, a good organic red wine and coffee.

Kelli-Anne.

Instructor: Reformer | Mat 

Kelli-Anne - loves Pilates for the full body workout. She is a big fan of the Jump sessions to add some intervals and get the heart rate up.

Kelli-anne loves to make sure her sessions have variations and variety... no muscle is left behind.

 

FUN FACTS: 

🎥 If you were  in a movie, who would be the legend playing you and  Why? 

 Amy Schumer - because she is REAL! not a stereotypical female actress and she is FUNNY. A great role model for any shape and size.

 Losing over 50kg and keeping it off.

Using my weight loss journey to help others.

All HIIP/Jump exercises. Also love Criss Cross with arms opening 🔥
