Founded in 2019 Coach Pilates is a Pilates studio with a mission to bring the benefits of Pilates to as many people in the Redcliffe area as possible.
Our home-based studio is a welcoming and inclusive environment offering classes for all levels and abilities. Our goal is to provide a safe and encouraging spaces for our clients to be their best and strongest selves, both physically and mentally.
We strive to make our classes accessible by keeping our prices affordable. Basing our studio at home allows us to maintain quality classes, a fresh boutique space and stable pricing. Our intimate studio and small class numbers ensures optimal instructor support and guidance for every client… nobody gets left behind.
We passionately believe in the power of Pilates. We know many people underestimate Pilates and we are here to change that impression and bring Pilates and all of its magic to as many people as possible. Simply follow the garden path and start your journey at Coach Pilates.
